This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be granted for the services provided by SparkifyTech. By engaging with our services, you agree to comply with this Refund Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, we recommend refraining from using our services.

1. Definitions

  • Client: Any individual or organization that purchases services from SparkifyTech.
  • Services: The digital solutions provided by SparkifyTech, including but not limited to Web Development, Mobile App Development, SEO Services, Content Creation, and Tech Consultancy.
  • Refund Request: A formal request submitted by the Client seeking reimbursement for services rendered by SparkifyTech.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

a. Service Not Delivered
If SparkifyTech fails to deliver the agreed-upon services within the specified timeframe, the Client may request a full or partial refund.

b. Defective or Non-Conforming Services
If the delivered services are defective, do not align with agreed specifications, or fail to meet promised quality standards, the Client may be eligible for a refund.

c. Cancellation of Services

  • Before Project Commencement: Full refund if the project is canceled before any work has begun.
  • During Project Execution: Partial refund based on the percentage of work completed up to the cancellation date.

d. Dissatisfaction with Services
If the Client is dissatisfied with the services provided, they must notify SparkifyTech within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund. Valid reasons related to service quality or delivery must be provided.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services are non-refundable once initiated or completed:

  • Custom Development Projects: Refunds are not available once the development process begins unless there is significant non-compliance with agreed specifications.
  • Consultation Services: Consultation fees are non-refundable once the session has been conducted.
  • SEO Services: Refunds are not applicable for SEO campaigns once execution begins, except in cases of significant non-performance.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, Clients should follow these steps:

a. Submit a Refund Request
Email us at mubeen@sparkifytech.com, including the reason for the refund and any supporting documentation.

b. Review and Assessment
Upon receiving a refund request, SparkifyTech will:

  • Acknowledge receipt within 3 business days.
  • Review the request to determine its validity based on the Refund Policy.
  • Contact the Client if additional information is required.

c. Approval and Processing

  • If the refund is approved, SparkifyTech will process it within 15 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
  • A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is processed.

d. Denial of Refund
If the request does not meet eligibility criteria, SparkifyTech will notify the Client with reasons for denial. Clients may appeal by providing additional clarification or evidence.

5. Refund Amounts

Refund amounts will be determined based on:

  • Full Refund: For services not delivered or significantly defective.
  • Partial Refund: For services partially delivered or projects canceled mid-way. The refund amount will correspond to the portion of work not completed or non-compliant.

6. Exceptions

The following scenarios are exceptions to this Refund Policy:

  • Force Majeure: Events beyond SparkifyTech’s control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics) may impact service delivery. Refunds in such cases will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  • Third-Party Services: Services involving third-party providers may have separate refund policies. Clients are encouraged to review those policies independently.
  • Custom Agreements: Any custom agreements or contracts specifying different refund terms will take precedence over this policy.

7. Changes to This Refund Policy

SparkifyTech reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on this page. We encourage Clients to review this policy periodically to stay informed about our refund practices.
